Google Device
Promota works with the Google Chromecast which has an HDMI connector.
Any display, it could be a TV or a monitor, with an HDMI port will work with Promota.
LG webOS Device
If you have an LG Smart TV with webOS, no Chromecast is needed to cast.
Chromecast built-in TV
If you have a Chromecast built-in TV, you can cast digital sign to a TV directly without Chromecast.
